For employers & HR teams
A medical billing benefit your team will actually use
Health coverage does not stop the confusing bills. BillCheck gives your employees a private place to decode a medical bill, spot charges that look wrong, and send a proper appeal or negotiation letter, for themselves and their family.
Money back in employees' pockets
Billing errors are common and rarely caught. Every corrected charge or successful appeal is money an employee keeps, at no cost to your health plan.
Private by design
Employees' documents stay in their own account. You get aggregate usage numbers only — never a name, a diagnosis, or a bill.
Covers the whole household
One seat covers an employee's family bills too, which is where most of the confusing paperwork actually shows up.
Nothing to integrate
No claims feed, no eligibility file required to start. Employees sign in, upload the bill they already have, and get answers in minutes.
Request pricing
Tell us a little about your team and we will send pricing and a pilot outline. Usually within one business day.
Common questions
- What does BillCheck do for employees?
- Employees upload a medical bill or EOB, get a plain-English breakdown of every charge, see which line items look wrong, and get a ready-to-send appeal, negotiation, or itemization letter.
- Would we see our employees' medical bills?
- No. Employers never see an employee's documents, diagnoses, charges, or case history. Any reporting we provide is aggregate usage only, with no individual or medical detail.
- How is this priced for companies?
- Per covered employee per month, billed annually by invoice, with volume pricing for larger groups. Tell us your headcount and we will send a quote.
- How does it fit with our existing benefits?
- It sits alongside your health plan as a billing-support perk. There is no claims integration required — employees sign in and upload the bill they already received.
- Can we run a pilot first?
- Yes. Most groups start with a small pilot for a single department or location before rolling out company-wide.
